AMENDED REVIEW - DO NOT EXPECT ANY ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
AMENDED REVIEW I placed an order for a laptop battery with this company, not realising that they are not based in the UK. They took the money from Paypal immediately, but did not issue any form of order acknowledgement whatsoever, it just went into a black hole. The (Pacific time) "Live Help" does not respond at all. They did not reply to my email. I genuinely believed I was the victim of an overseas scam. Then, out of the blue, a week or so later I received the battery! No notification, nothing. And after 13 days I finally received a response to my email! So they do exist, and they do supply the goods, but don't expect any acknowledgement or notification.
