Replacement battery
I bought a laptop battery in March. It gradually lost its charge over 2 months. I contacted Powerguider and they supplied a replacement within a few days free of charge. However they were a little slow in responding to my emails.

I wish I read the reviews before
I wish I read the reviews on this webpage before I purchased. Purchased a battery by entering my laptop into their webpage - purchased and was delivered within a good timeframe. When I opened the box the battery did not fit my laptop and was the wrong one. I attempted to email them to request a return as they stipulate on their webpage. No reply. After several emails and no reply at all. I contacted Paypal who opened a case against the company then they contacted me. I have managed to get my refund but still at a loss of the delivery costs of the battery. Don't use them - wrong products sent, no communication until you involve your bank or paypal.
SCAM
I paid for the express delivery but the item was delivered 4 days after the purchase. I asked for a refund and they never got back to me. I had to request countless times the tracking number and when they got back to me they confused my order with another one: they replied to my email by saying "dear mr XXX". Incompetent people and rubbish, simply rubbish service. I'll never buy again from them and I definitely won't be the only one.
Dreadful- they take your money and you get...NO GOODS
Dreadful No telephone number ( what a surprise) No response to sales NO live help ( no one ever there) so drops off to messaging which is never answered and of course.....no battery Filing complaint with Visa AND Paypal

Do not use this company. I purchased a replacement battery for my laptop on 1 August 2019 After 9 months it was not holding its charge. I have tried to contact the company regarding a replacement but have not received any response. Read other review regarding this company
No response to my requests for a return
The battery did not fit so I tried contacting powerguider for a return. they have so far ignored 7 emails from me and the online assistant on the website is never available. In my opinion this is only there to make them look legitimate. I believe they are far from legitimate and I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Use this company at your peril, if you need any customer service you will not get it
Good Service and Happy with my Battery
After purchasing I was worried about the reviews which I read afterwards... However it turned up its works and I am very happy they kept me informed not much more I can say..

Disappointment all round
The battery didn't arrive as expected, but I had an email saying they'd been unable to send as planned as it was deemed a dangerous product so were using another postal method. Alarm bells should have rung then, but it turned up and I was happy. 3 months later the battery suddenly died. I notified them what had happened with no real expectation of any joy, which was just as well as there was no reply. Now searching for a more reputable company to order a replacement.

DOGGY COMPANY. I ORDEDRED LAPTOP BATTERY. IT CHARGED FULL 100% AND STOP AT REMAINING 50% AND LAPTOP SHUT ALL OF SUDDEN. THIS IS HAPPENED IN FIRST WEEK AFTER DELIVERY. I SENT THEM EMAIL ALMOST MORE THAN 5 TIMES, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THEIR WEB CHAT TIME IS ALWAYS OFFLINE. I FOLLOWD COMPLAIN PROCEDURE BUT NO ANSWER TILL DATE.

Power Guider seem to have delivered OK
Having ordered 6 batteries for our laptops in Africa, I read the reviews and my heart sank. However, the batteries arrived today, just about in the time scale predicted and well-packed. I can't tell if they are the correct ones, as the laptops are not here. They are certainly all the same as each other and look right! My one concern is the lack of communication from Power Glider. I have heard nothing from them directly at all, and there is no paperwork in the parcel.
All went fine and good battery.
Have to say I saw all the negative reviews on here after ordering from them and considered cancelling my order. Decided to let it run and see what happened. Got follow up e-mail a few days later saying battery was on its way. Battery arrived within a week as promised and fits well and seems to hold charge well but its early days. Price was fair and delivery was as promised and battery works and is correct so no reason not to give 5 stars.

Ordered Toshiba battery and they got it wrong and I have email them like 6 times but no response and when researched online they are Chinese company. They are scammer guys stay away from themmmmm. Wish I had read the reviews 32£ download the toilet...

I wish I had researched this outfit before ordering my laptop battery. They sent the wrong one a week late after paying extra for quick delivery. Emailed 3 times not one response. So much for 24 hour response time. Money down the drain as no returns options given. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Totally useless.........so which I'd read the reviews here before ordering. Ordered a Dell laptop battery, what arrived a week later was nothing like my order.....I guess that's £30 down the toilet.....so to speak.

The transaction merchant on my credit card is in Chinese characters. No reply to Emails! Deal of day not honoured. Google should remove them from their listings.

Never seen my battery! The are TRULY SCAMERS.. same story for everyone send with royal mail but dangerous item.. Then dispatch with yodel but never arrive! They need to be forwarded to police!? No costumer service Avoid forever!

Update, sent 5 emails to cancel order only to be told they are shipping by a safer method Hermes 5-7 days,I paid for Royal Mail,they say cannot ship Royal Mail as a battery is prohibited,took the money for next day delivery,real scam Avoid at all costs.
