I bought 2 batteries but after a few months they stopped charging. I sent them numerous emails and received responses from them but they are slow to respond. Eventually after 11 months of correspondence I finally got my 2 replacement batteries.

I wrote earlier that the battery I was sent wasn't suitable - and having e-mailed the company was waiting for a response-and I felt I'd made a mistake! The company's customer service department -Annie replied and was very keen to sort out my problem with various suggestions but also offered a full refund if the issue couldn't be resolved. The battery didn't fit into my laptop - so I have received a full refund which arrived quickly into my account via Paypal My communications were helpful and supportive so even though the battery wasn't suitable the eventual outcome was positive!
I paid more for the battery as supposed to have 3 year warranty - 30 days money back guarantee - after 3 charges battery is totally knackered and will not charge - 2 e-mails to the company and a message on their web site -no response - set up a paypal dispute today and now wait and see if I get my money back - should have gone to Amazon ..... still lesson learnt.
I ordered a toshiba pa3536u-1brs battery, delivery on time excellent clothing and excellent customer service. Reading the negative comments, doubts arose in connection with the order, but for my part I look at the seller gave a positive 5 stars. We are happy to continue using his site for the future.
Powerguider are internet based only and dont have a uk address their return address is from another company nothing todo with them. Power guider have been reported to the police ...... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !
I ordered a laptop battery. I have tried to contact this company by email on repeated occasions over a 10 day period. They have not acknowledged by emails or attempted to communicate with me about my concerns. All the evidence points to a company who has little regard for its customers. I feel I may have been scammed out of my money. Until I have information to the contrary I will advise everybody to avoid any dealings with this seemingly disreputable and incompetent company.
I ordered a genuine Toshiba battery but a Lenoge was delivered. The supplier did not respond to my first three e-mails because, apparently, they were spammed. Fortuitously, after waiting for the best part of a week, the blip communication was resolved and Powerguider has made a full refund via PayPal.
Ordered a battery for a dell latitude e6410 laptop, the battery arrived within 2 days from a UK warehouse, well packaged and with safety instructions. I've now been using the battery for about 1 months and to date have had no problems. If anything it actually produces less heat than the old original dell battery so so far I'm surprised and delighted.
Their website claims "Location UK" and "Same day shipping Orders by 4 pm." All these claims are clearly false. I ordered a battery at 9.30 on day 1 . I paid for "next day delivery." It didn't arrive the next day. It didn't arrive the day after. It arrived on day 4 after I had left on a trip. Their response was a) to lie about the date of my order, b) to claim that "next day delivery" meant they needed two business days to deliver. Obviously they are not based in UK. They cannot process orders the same day, because by 9 am UK time they have all gone home in China. I tried to reclaim my money through Paypal, but didn't get it back. I shall never buy via Paypal again. Do not buy from Powerguider.
I think I have been caught by a Chinese Fake Makers, Battery dont work no reply to emails 1st and last time I will use this outlet.
Searched a number of sites for a battery for my HP Compaq business notebook and found this site. It arrived very quickly, my laptop now runs on battery like it did when it was new. Thank You for a great experience! : )
No problems with the purchase - they had what I needed, a battery for an old laptop. There was a problem with my address, but they sorted it out quickly and dispatched the battery quickly. Arrived fine, works well.
They did not ship the batteries the same day as promised and didn't send them by Royal Mail Special delivery as promised which was the whole reason I bought from them. They refused to communicate with me until I filed a claim with paypal. They refused to take the batteries back therefore ignoring their supposed "30 day money back guarantee " policy.
Ordered a battery just before chrimbo for my laptop, there was no rush so was happy to wait the time for it to come on a slow boat. It finally arrived and just didn't work it said it was charged to 69% but wouldn't charge and wouldn't power the laptop with the PSU unplugged. I asked for advice via email and after about a day I got a reply, went through all the advice which was update bios and sent them pictures and model numbers of original and replacement but all to no avail. I emailed them a few times and never got replies but eventually they got back to me and asked me to return the battery for them to check and they would send a replacement. This was the frustrating part the staff at our local post office informed they would not carry the battery as it is listed as dangerous goods. The only way they would carry it is if it was in the original packaging and unopened. I explained I had just taken it out tested it and put it back in the original packaging but they refused to take it. I ranted a bit about them being a tad finicky but they were verging on rude towards the end so I dropped it. At this point I thought I've lost my money or it will cost me a fortune getting a courier to take the battery. I explained this via email to powerguider sales and much to my surprise they offered to send a replacement anyway. Six weeks later another battery arrived and worked perfectly. So not a speedy service although if the first battery would have worked it would of been a great service, they never gave up and although at points I thought they were ignoring me they came good in the end and some of the issues were with the inability of getting the goods returned but I don't know of many places that would send a second item without the original going back.
Let's be honest, I did worry when I ordered my battery from Powerguider and a Chinese name popped-up as having received my payment. Only then did I look for reviews of this trader (I know very stupid of me). I feared the worst but was very pleasantly surprised when the battery I ordered on the Wednesday arrived the following Saturday. It was the right battery, looked to be of decent quality and is holding a really decent charge. So, I'm not sure if I'd recommend them because of the really bad experiences of others. But if you order from them before reading reviews and then worry (as I did), keep your fingers crossed because all is not lost.
Having ordered from here, I would not do so again. Whoever this is operates a number of web sites, and if you check them out thoroughly you will find elements of the web site do not work - especially the live chat and customer service parts. I have emailed them a number of times but I am not holding my breath to see if they deliver! They have also taken payment, and their tracking shows a depot status of 'Out'. I wonder what that could mean! It would appear that they could also trade as batterysupplies, and powerexpert but I am still working on that side of identification, so be careful of those too.
Please be aware that POWERGUIDER.COM is a FAKE website who purport to sell laptop batteries ect. The site looks as though it operates from the UK but in actual fact it is run from a flat somewhere in China. I was silly enough to buy a Sony battery and paid for Next Day Delivery needless to say it didn’t arrive. The Scammer Zhao Mengfei also has 2 other fake websites smartbright.co.uk and battop.co.uk. The websites do not give an address or telephone number and the only method of contact is via email which never receives a response. I Googled these companies or the persons name and you find out I am not the only one who has been subject to this persons fraudulent activities.
