Don't buy from these crooks
Poor website (the grammar is plain terrible), poor communication, poor product, was only able to get my money back because I paid with PayPal. Don't waste your time buy from a reputable vendor don't buy from these con artists!
OK, after 6 month of purchase it is time to write a feedback.
In first days after full charge it indicates up yo 12 hours availability of charge in idle. Now after 6 months I have no critical problem. it indicates 5 hours in idle mode and I expect 3 hours standard working time.
Does this company exist?
I have sent this company 6 messages now and despite the promise on its website that it will answer within 24 hours I have yet to get a reply to the ones I sent 3 weeks ago. Even the ones I sent during the "Live Chat" period, which I believe is 9am to 4pm come up as sorry we are not online at the moment but still no reply and these were sent a week ago. I am questioning if this company exists and if it does what its response would be to someone trying to resolve a problem under its 3 year warranty! Shocking!!!
Bad customer service and no refund for returnded item
Beware of the company Mengfei Zhao - I chose this company to replace my battery in my laptop. The battery did not fit correctly (although exact number I ordered from another company) I tried to email the company 2-3 times with no response. I then tried to have this raised through pay pal and they suggested I send back with tracking number. I sent but unfortunately I lost the receipt from the post office and now pay pal has said they cannot help and the company will not reply to my emails. Their email address is as I cannot seem to find any info with the above name on the internet. Pay pal useless with automated answers that are no help at all.

Don't use this company.
They sent the wrong battery, not even close to the correct one. Emailed three times over a week and never got a response, emailed through the website contact us system (there is no phone number), no response. I'm now stuck with a battery I didn't order and no refund. Don't use this company.
Works Perfect for Dell Latitude E6420
I purchased this battery a few days ago for my Dell Latitude E6420 and I am very pleased with the performance! It lasts longer than my original battery and keeps a charge for nearly 4 hours when the lowest power settings are on! Thanks
Poor customer service.
Take care. Although my battery finally arrived after raising a claim through PayPal, this was a bad experience. This company has no phone number, no means of contact and does not respond to emails through their website. No online chat even though it is advertised. They used Hermes for the delivery not Royal mail and failed to provide a tracking number until PayPal intervened. There are other companies out there who are just as competative .
Sobering Experience
I am normally careful what I order from the internet and from whom but I was really fooled this time. I needed replacement ACER batteries for my wife's and my laptops and entered on Google Genuine Acer batteries and power guider came up. To all intents and purposes this appeared to be a genuine British company with premises in this country so having filled in the form to determine the relevant batteries I ordered them and they arrived a couple of days later. My suspicions were aroused when I received the receipt from paypal which stated that the supplier was Chinese Followed instructions and tried to charge them both up but they would not charge fully and the usage time was ridiculously low so over the next 7 days I requested an RMA number by email three times with no response so I raised a dispute with paypal but they did not respond to them either There is NO phone number for the premises detailed on their web site, the online chat is never online, the 100% guaranteed satisfaction is a joke as is the 30 day money back guarantee and because they do not respond to emails there is no possible way to contact them. The day before the deadine set by paypal for them to respond I rec.d an email from them asking for computer and existing battery details, followed by another trying to tell me that I had ordered the wrong batteries when in fact they had sent different batteries to the ones specified on the order Having done a search on the address in the UK listed on their web site unit 6C is under the names of two different companies This has been a very trying experience and I would definitely advise anyone NOT to use this company and I only gave a one star rating as it would not let me give a minus score With the help of paypal I have got a full refund which makes me one of the few lucky ones compared with other reviews that I have read, and with their record they should not be allowed to trade in this country THANK YOU PAYPAL
Buy cheap buy twice and not that cheap
Flaky company, I ordered a battery for my laptop. The claims on their website are rubbish, "same day shipping_order by 4pm" that didn't happen. As someone has stated their address is dodgy. They don’t respond to emails. I got an email 4 days after I placed the order saying it had been shipped, emailed them 8 days after I placed the order to say I hadn't received the goods and that I would contact PayPal if I didn't hear from them, no reply. Contacted PayPal to ask where I stood 10 days later as the battery still hadn't been delivered, next day I got an email from Powerguider detailing my transaction in Euros from Germany (for less than I paid) and a different company saying it had been shipped. I still haven’t got the battery. Today PayPal have given me my money back 30 days after I placed the order. in future I will always check the reviews on companies I don't know.
9 cell replacement battery for dell laptop
Battery works well, is compatible with my dell inspiron 1545 laptop just like it was specified. Worked as expected. Provided about 3-4 hours of batter life after break-in. However, my laptop tends to run very hot when I'm using this battery. I don't know why. The laptop gets very hot but the battery temperature is normal.
Rubbish
Dont buy anything from this company, as you get nothing and they never reply to any emails,they have a live chat which is always off line, personnaly they shouldnt be allowed to trade. i am at present trying to get my money back. wish i had looked here before i went ahead with my order.
Don't throw your money away, disgusting customer service.
I have purchased a battery for my lap top from this company, the charge only lasts roughly half and hour to 45 Min's and the battery dis charges when not in use, obviously faulty. I have sent them various e-mails asking for instructions telling me how to return the item. They did respond once and asked me to supply various info re my computer which I did, they are now simply ignoring my e-mails. This battery is only a few weeks old and has been faulty since I first used it. The web site has live help section where you are supposed to be able to get assistance, never seen it working yet.
Fed up now
Several emails later and no satisfaction, they insist on me paying more money to get a replacement - that' s not happening and they are not listening. Battery supplied lasts no longer than 20 minutes fully charged, it's useless. Buy from these people at your own risk.

Dreadful experience - never again
I posted a review previously about this company but to be honest things have gone from bad to worse. The first battery they supplied failed after 8 months. After numerous emails, excuses and replies which took months rather than the 24Hrs promised on their website I did eventually receive a replacement which did not work at all. Further Emails produced nonsense replies. I have just given up - their after sales service is dreadful and the batteries don't appear to be any better. Do what I did - find a UK supplier who you can actually speak to on the phone - pay a realistic price and save yourself a lot of aggravation! I have just bought my replacement battery from PSA Parts in London. If I had done this in the first place I would have saved money and time and not had all the aggravation.

Very disappinting
I ordered a loptop battery online from powerguider in December 2014 which was the wrong one for my model of laptop. I have sent dozens of emails after returning the battery for a refund and still, 5 months later, have not seen any money! I am very disappinted in their service and would not recommend them at all. Addition 22nd July 2015 - - finally they did refund me (6 months after the purchase) but I am still very disappointed in their very slow customer wervice and would suggest that you buy batteries elsewhere.
