Honor mobile phones are a nightmare when you have an issue. I bought a Honor V2 from a second hand store, and it now has an issue. It won't turn on properly, spoke to Honor and even though it's still under warranty I cant get it fixed as I don't have the original receipt. So anyone buying a used Honor device or more Chinese phones remember, if you don't have original receipt you have no warranty. I'm going to stick with Apple as they don't do this nonsense. It's the phone that's covered not the person who owns it. So my Honor should have been fixed but usual any excuse to get out of fixing it!
