3/30 I paid for a replacement drone to be sent. And ruko sent me a used drone that's so beat up that I cannot even see the serial number to register it. That is crazy. It is all scratched up, the lens is scratched, as well the props are also in bad shape. All of the cables were unpackaged. I do not understand why Rukon is sending out used products, but I will be changing my Amazon review, to reflect it. Update#1 4/15.... It is not friction from shipping. At first, I thought the same thing, but that would not account for all of the white bags that should be sealed and holding all of the charging cables to be missing. This is definitely a used drone.
