Accommodating and trustworthy
I have been a customer for years. What I can say is - errors do happen and are annoying BUT every time I had an issue the customer service was able to help in a friendly and timely manner. When in doubt, they always chose to be professional and accommodating. This should be normal in the world of service... But isn't. This is why, in my opinion, five stars is appropriate
