BAD EXPERIENCE
In February through olotels I booked and paid for a night in a B&B in Sligo for the night of 5 July. All went well until the end of my stay when I presented the voucher provided by olotels to the proprietors to be told that they did not accept vouchers and had not done so in 2014. This resulted in having to pay cash for the B&B. Between 6 July and 20 July I sent four emails to olotels asking for a refund. All emails have been ignored. After searching the olotels website I found a phone number to call. I ended up speaking to a Turkish booking agency who had never heard of olotels and had no record of my booking. In a final effort to get a refund I am now dealing with my credit card provider to try to reverse the payment made to olotels. Don’t make a booking via olotels
