user-unfriendly dashboard and website
They built an unnecessarily complicated website for users. I fail to understand why I need to search everywhere in the employee page a way to download docs and payslips. Just get a "download" button on the opening page, where I just get the notification "your new payslip is in", but cannot get hold of it. What's the point of having users multiplicate exponentially the clicks to get hold of the actual document? It takes them 5 or more pages to put the content that fits in 1 page.
