Frustrating platform to use, plan on using the MFA each time you sign in. Today oddly enough their platform rejected the MFA code several times and locked me out of my account despite confirming the code was correct. Another piece of technology claiming to streamline your business and wastes more time. I had to edit this review to provide how bad their platform can be. After refusing the MFA multiple times, I reset my password successfully but now they say my account does not exist. Zero stars is the appropriate review for their site and service.

Not only they claimed incapable of replacing a small broken cylinder that costs a few cents to make my POS work again but they said the only thing I can do is get a new one for 250 euros. Which after 10 days they have to send again because they didnt give the right address or cell phone number to the courier company and I was informed a minute ago. Otherwise I have to run my business without it for another week or so and I pay them generously for this???I am very dissapointed in their service and policy!

"Don't work for this company — they have bad credit. We had cooperated for years, but during the process of closing our partnership, they continued to take money from my bank account. Don't call their Customer Service number!!! It is an 0844 (Premium Rate) number. Their service reps are incentivised to keep you on the line for as long as possible - and you are paying 60p - 70p a minute. Good businesses never use premium rate numbers for customer service.

They promise remittance with 1-2 business days. But when its stuck at pending for more than 3 days, no response from customer service, they just say we are monitoring and will get back to you on progress. What's the use of having a customer service team , when they can't help in getting remittance on time.

They need to up their game. It's starting to smell bad.
Since January 1, 2025, I can't top up my Epay.com account using a local bank account. I don't know why NOBODY is mentioning this, as I believe I've been singled out or targeted. I have tried contacting all account managers, all second-tier managers... up to no avail. They told me they have "discontinued" the option of Local Bank Account / Swift in the US and they don't know when they're gonna have it back. It turns out that option is unavailable everywhere. Meaning, If I am a Chinese customer, I can't add money from my chinese bank account either.
The only options available are e-wallets that ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS. Then, what's the point? How is this company making money? I honestly don't know. I used it a lot in 2024, but then they turned into the worst customer service experience and a total waste of time.

My account was blocked on 02/07/2024 with a significant balance, and since then, I haven't received any explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have stopped responding entirely. Be cautious when dealing with them, as their actions seem unprofessional and potentially illegal.

Quick to take your deposit of $1000.00 but have 1001 excuses when they have to refund the deposit. Emails are never answered properly - you only get a confirmation of email received. The terminal has been collected by their service provider but they still have to investigate the collection, telephone staff can't give any answers and will get back to you but never do.
