Not only they claimed incapable of replacing a small broken cylinder that costs a few cents to make my POS work again but they said the only thing I can do is get a new one for 250 euros. Which after 10 days they have to send again because they didnt give the right address or cell phone number to the courier company and I was informed a minute ago. Otherwise I have to run my business without it for another week or so and I pay them generously for this???I am very dissapointed in their service and policy!
