I wish I hadn't signed up. It's not a real service, it goes down A LOT. You can not rely on the connection. And once you've signed, you can't leave. It's like they want to push society back into the 80s. I'm literally using my Mobil network provider to write this, because VQ have been down for 11 hours straight.
Absolutely terrible service, no one get's back to you. They promise an installation then don't connect deliver, they can even manage to check their own schedules. Shouldn't have listened to moneysmart sg
They couldn't expedite the package from USA to Singapore due to it containing batteries and it being used. Not a problem, after two days of trying I managed to get through to sing post who gave me the option of paying for it to be shipped down the road to another forwarding company, I said go ahead and paid $65 for the service... Then it went cold. 12 days and the package is still in their warehouse, they don't respond. Now I'm out of pocket and don't have the item. This is so far the most painfully slow process I've suffered, I thought I'd give sing post a try, now I see why the competition is doing so much better. Used to be the place to go if you wanted a straight seller, buy what you see type deal. Lazada's become very successful but in return they have started selling absolute rubbish, junk told by scammers, if you're lucky the sale is cancelled last minute if you're not, then you end up with something of no use to anyone. You can't leave reviews of the scams, so anyone without a review is most likely going to be dodgy. You can complain to lazada and they'll apologise but they do nothing, I guess they get their cut either way.
