No phone, no refund, absolute criminals. Avoid avoid avoid.
After receiving my new phone with a broken screen, and refusing to get it repaired in the UK, I sent it back to them at their request. It arrived in 4 days (good work DHL) and 3 weeks later they have not processed a refund. I have had every excuse under the sun. Was a public holiday. They just moved warehouse and it was messy. So now I have no phone, paid £45 in import duty, another £35 to post it back and they aren't refunding me. This company are pure 100% criminals. Do not buy a phone from them.

Arrived broken, won't replace
New phone arrived with a screen that didn't work properly. Manufacturing defect I suspect, happens sometimes. Contacted customer services for a replacement and was told they could send me a screen and to find someone local to repair it???? Too complicated with customs to send back to China for repair?? I don't want a repair, I want my brand new handset I paid for!!! I am a returning customer and if you can't keep me happy, I suspect your future is short. You have failed blackview.
