HORRENDOUS customer service and MONEY PIT
Horrible customer service, no live support except a stupid AI bot. All of my files disappeared from my external drive. This program did not produce any results, then a pop-up asks me to upgrade. For what? More crap? asked for a pro-rated refund but not holding my breath. If you are going to charge your customers $60 per month then customer support can't be responses that come the next day all with the same opening line, "sorry for the late reply" Trust me, save yourself the money and time. Go with a company here in the U.S. with actual timely support. This crap cost me $60 to learn a valuable lesson. Don't make the same mistake.
