Keepcalling has released a new app version which has deleted ALL calls history without warning and this has left me completely unable to reconcile essential business and medical records (calls placed to my medical consultants) Keepcalling simply dont care abd I am left with a bill of several hundreds of pounds to try to recover this information elsewhere. They have also refused to provide me with the name of their managing director and registered business address in the uk so that I can take legal action against them saying that they "do not have this imformation" What used to be a brilliant service has been totally trashed for the sake of including "pretty pictures" in the new app. Do not use this company - there are alternatives out there Their response is disingenuous. 1) They now delete call records after 30 days yet if you dont use the account for 6 months you loose your call credit. Deleting records after 30 days makes it impossible to monitor usage and remain within their terms and conditions 2) i addition the new app is UNUSABLE by those of us who are visually impaired as it is too busy with useless graphics and I have repeatedly asked that they provide me with a link to be able to download an older version which is usable but they have simply ignored my request and not even replied 3) the call records they have supplied me with are unusable as it is simply the numbers I have called and not the names of the contacts called and it is impossible to reconcile this information
