Unable to contact and not responsive to emails - go elsewhere!
I have been trying to adjust my hotel reservation for over a month without any response, I have already paid for the whole stay and now need to reduce the number of nights due to my flight home being changed. The phone numbers they provide don't actually connect and no one replies on any of the email addresses I have used (last count I was up to 3 different addresses). If anyone can help me before I leave next week it would be much appreciated but I won't hold my breath!! I would recommend everyone avoids this company at all costs and book elsewhere in case you need to amend or cancel. I doubt I will ever get a refund for the extra night I have paid for. Viewing other sites there is a disproportionate amount of bad reviews which I wish I had seen before booking. I travel a lot but have never dealt with a company like this before - it's shocking they are still in business. Booking ref: 7515709
