THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. Situation 1. I bought over $600 worth of snacks. Instead of knocking on the door, they left 3 big boxes outside on the ground. If I didn't go outside they would've stayed outside all night. Who knows what sort of rodents, insects, animals would've got at it. Yami's response - The courier is not supposed to disturb the customer. Ummm.. That's dumb. Situation 2. I have seven hour express. I ordered $300 worth of snacks on 11/20 to be delivered 11/21. Nothing. No update. No email. No communication at all. It's now the 23rd and still nothing. No response from Yami. Horrible.
