Through various issues regarding delivery out of my control and out of Easy Florist Supplies control, Karolina was amazing. I first contacted her via the Chat service to source 2 tall columns which I needed urgently due to breakage at a venue. She was amazing and so very helpful. Everything was handled with kindness and efficiency. She also organised next day delivery for me. Sadly something went a bit wrong here - but by no means was it the fault of EFS. I contacted her again on the Chat service and she was amazing in trying to get things sorted for me. The matter is now resolved but only because Karolina was so fabulous. Easy Florist Supplies - love using them and have never had issues before and this wasn't even their issue and yet the customer service was impeccable.
