RegCure asked me to renew nearly 5 months early - they would not fix problems until renewed. At the time I did not realize it was so far in advance or I would have called them about the problem. I think this is a rather sharp business practice, and entirely unnecessary for a good product. Every year for at least the past 6 or 7 years there has been a problem with renewing - we have two copies and that causes a problem, now renewing almost 5 months early UNDER THREAT of NO FIXES! I may not be renewing next year if the renewal for the second copy is not flawless.
