Blizzard fans, don't do it
I ordered a huge Blizzacon order. My first package came completely open. Luckily everything was still intact but yikes. My second two packages for the order came completely open as well and filled with water and one of the frames was cracked. These were two $150 art prints from Blizzard. There is absolutely NO WAY to contact them about the issue. The return form doesn't include art prints and says to contact them but there is no contact info. They have a 24/7 phone line and chat thing but both do not work and just lead you in circles. Their social person gave me another number to call that I can try but it didn't work either. Now they say they have submitted a ticket for me so let's see if that's a viable way to get support. Getting support should not be this hard.
