Three weeks on and I'm still waiting for my parcel
I ordered a pyjamas for my daughter for her birthday from Skims, because she absolutely loves their pyjamas. Their products might be very good, but their customer service is soo disappointing. Two weeks after I placed my order, the parcel still hadn't still arrived and I didn't seem to have any tracking for the parcel. I contacted customer services and they sent through the tracking, which showed it had arrived at the local carrier a week ago and initially said out for delivery but it never actually got to the delivery stage and moved to the delay stage instead. I contacted the Skims customer service team about the issue and that nothing had happened with the parcel for a week at the local carrier. The customer service team told me to wait for another week since there sometimes there can be issues with parcels from the US. It is very clear they just sent me a standard response, since parcel didn't come from the US, it came from the Netherlands. They also said in their email they are working on getting it on its way the next day, which it is very obvious they haven't done. They also talk about using express delivery in the future, but if it had been delivered straight away as expecting it wouldn't have been any issue with the delivery time. I'm so disappointed with the customer service and the choice of delivery company considering that the company is suppose to be selling premium products. I expect better from a company like Skims.
