Great Look and Performance. Exchange took time but Resolved Fairly.
The wheels I have from them ride well and look great. There was something stuck inside of one on arrival that made an awful noise. The cost and time (@60 days or more due to shipping) of exchange is almost as much as a new wheel. Great wheels unless you need to exchange. (10.24.2023) FOLLOW-UP: As of 06.04.2024 They have refunded me for the purchase of a second rear wheel. While it took time. They resolved the situation. I have been using the wheels for Fondo and Triathlon racing. They look nice and perform VERY well.
