Since 2013 Elitewheels’ business philosophy has been focusing on the research and development of carbon fiber and composite materials. We are committed to manufacturing lightweight carbon fiber bicycle wheels.Since we produce and market all by ourselves, we have reduced a lot of intermediary links, so we can more directly obtain customer feedback and reduce costs. Our goal is to change the way you think about carbon bike wheels by delivering premium products at radically fair prices. With advanced concepts and diversified development strategies, Elitewheels has continued to grow and become a well-known brand in the industry ever since its inception. The number of distributors keeps swelling. And we are aiming to build a huge dealer system to support our global customer service.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional build quality and premium materials, noting that the carbon wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, incredibly stiff, and provide a noticeable improvement in overall bike performance, acceleration, and speed. Additionally, people consistently appreciate the responsive customer support team, helpful pre-purchase advice, and impressively fast shipping times across various international locations.
Some people were dissatisfied with occasional shipping delays and unexpected costs related to product returns or part replacements. Some reviewers mentioned that the delivery process took a few weeks longer than anticipated, requiring extra patience from international buyers.
I had been looking for mid-high end wheels for my main climbing bike and settled on the Elitewheels Drive II as the optimal choice. Originally I had considered the Helix, but due to the spoke placement (recommendation by someone in the industry), I opted for the Drive II instead.
Elitewheels makes it very easy to order a mixed depth wheelset, offering it as a plug and play service, meaning that I could easily get a 36/50 setup with no hassle. Since Rainbow decals were not available there, and those were my favourite, I sent a message to customer support who promptly responded and helped me out. Thanks to the help of Aria, the order was amended for the factory and I received a glamorous Rainbow mixed depth wheelset.
Almost six months and around 4000 outdoor kilometers of varied terrain outdoor riding later -- road (silky tarmac and pothole central), gravel and even rocky mtb paths with a puncture (that I realistically had no business being on) -- I can confidently state that I am delighted with the quality of the wheels as well. They look and ride as new, and as such they are a strong recommendation to anyone looking to bling their bike up for an "affordable" high end price!
My only gripe is that the freewheel sound is a little too aggressive, since I don't like perceived all too much. Though it helps when riding out of/into the city because everyone can hear you coming!

Hi Justus,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed feedback and your long-term real-world experience with our Drive II mixed depth wheelset.
We’re thrilled to hear you chose the Drive II after comparing it with the Helix, and glad our mixed depth 36/50 option worked perfectly for your climbing bike. It’s wonderful that Aria was able to assist you to add the Rainbow decals you love.
It’s really impressive that the wheels still perform and look brand new after 4000 km across roads, gravel and rough trails. We truly appreciate you recommending our wheels to other riders.
We also note your honest comment about the loud freehub sound. We will pass this feedback along to our product team for future reference.
Hope you enjoy many more great rides on them!
Great communication and customer support. Fast shipping and amazing wheels! Quality is amazing.

Hi Anton,
Thank you very much for your lovely feedback! It makes us happy to know you love the wheels and our service. Hope you enjoy every ride with them.
Bought the Drive SL 58 from Elitewheels website, the delivery took one day to be shipped from China to Singapore via express. On top of that the really helpful Elitewheels customer service staff did a prorated refund as i just missed out on their promotion by a day.
This is my 2nd Elitewheel set and i really trust their workmanship. The Drive SL 58mm are phenomenal on my current bike, stable in crosswinds and high speeds as well as comfortable. The freehub is genius as i do not even need to remove my cassette to service the star ratchets.

I’m glad to hear the express shipment from China to Singapore was fast, and happy that our team could help with the prorated refund for you.
It’s awesome that you love the star ratchet freehub design, which allows maintenance without removing the cassette.
Wish you many smooth and fast rides with your new wheels.
I received my wheels last week. Thank you to the Elite-wheels team. They are of excellent quality at an affordable price for someone like me. They were well packaged and delivered safely. I have done three 100km rides with them so far and they are amazing. With 30mm Conti tyres on them I feel like am floating over the tarmac. Today’s ride was with tough gusty North to North westerly winds coming off the bay in springtime here in Melbourne. The wheels handled the wind with aplomb. Your designers seem to have gotten the shape right as there were no unexpected tugs on the front wheel. I am very happy.

Hi Del,

We’re thrilled to hear you love your new Drive II wheels. Hope you enjoy many fantastic rides ahead.
Elite Drive SL CS 48 mm – After riding these wheels for more than three months, I have to say they are the best wheels I have ever ridden. I haven't ridden many wheelsets, so it's no surprise that these are the best I've tried so far :)
They are very wide, both internally and externally. They also have a somewhat elliptical rim shape, which I had never seen before, and it makes them incredibly stable in crosswinds. Even in windy conditions, they feel very predictable and secure.
I was worried that they might not be very comfortable because of the carbon spokes, but I have to say they are surprisingly comfortable, even on rough and damaged roads. I occasionally ride some light gravel with them, and they feel solid and reliable there as well.
Overall, I am very satisfied with these wheels. The only thing I regret is not buying the 58 mm version.

Hi J R,
Thank you so much for sharing your detailed three-month riding experience with our Elite Drive SL CS 48mm wheels!
We’re thrilled to hear how stable they perform in crosswinds, and glad the carbon spokes deliver unexpected comfort even on rough roads and light gravel.
It’s awesome that you love the elliptical rim design. If you ever want to upgrade to the 58mm version later, we’d be happy to help.
I upgraded to Carbon wheels, Marvel 38V II Rim Brake.
Finish of the wheels is very good. The weight was what is advertised.
They arrived wheel packed.
Rim brake performance is good.
Noticeable increase in performance in my Road bicycle.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Elitewheels, both with the products and with the customer service.
From my first order, the communication was quick, clear and professional. The team has always been friendly and helpful, and any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently.
I’ve been using my Elitewheels products extensively for more than a year, both for racing and everyday riding, and I’m still extremely satisfied with their performance. The combination of low weight, stiffness, comfort and responsiveness is exactly what I was looking for.
What I particularly appreciate is the overall experience. The products offer excellent performance, while the communication and support make the buying experience very easy and reassuring.

Bought G42 on pre order. Wrote in to enquire about updates after 30 days of waiting. Anthony has been wonderful and guided me all the way.
Ridden for more than 400km on road / gravel and off road. Wheels held up well with no visible damage or creaking noise. The freehub is wonderful! I love the sound! Wheels stayed true.
Great product and customer service.
Elitewheels 回复2026-09-26

We are glad to hear your G42 wheels perform perfectly on road, gravel and off-road after over 400km of riding. Happy you like the freehub sound and appreciate Anthony’s support.
Enjoy your future adventures!
I’ve had two sets of these wheels and I’m about to buy a third. The value - for the spec - in genuinely unbeatable. And the ride feel is 10/10. I do big days out on the bike - L’Etape, 312 etc. I can’t see myself ever switching tbh. And the customer service is spot on. Give them a go - you won’t regret it 👍🏽
Elitewheels 回复2026-09-24

Great service. Fast delivery. The wheels, SL 48, are absolutely fantastic. Accelerate quickly and are extremely fast and comfortable. I am really impressed and very satisfied. Only problem is that I would also like a pair of SL 58 :-)

Elitewheels has good quality wheels for both road and mountain bikes, Gavin , my sales rep responds quickly and the quality is very good. I purchased Elitewheels for my Evolve Cima Road bike and my Carbonda Mtn bike. The wheelsets are as good as any western brand at a better price
Elitewheels 回复2026-09-24

I recently purchased a set of carbon wheels from EliteWheels, and everything went perfectly from start to finish.
The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, communication was good, and the wheels were delivered safely and within the expected timeframe. The packaging was also very well done, with the wheels arriving in perfect condition.
I have already raced with the wheels and I’m very impressed with their quality and performance. They feel fast, stiff and reliable, and the overall finish is excellent. The quality of the product is really impressive for the price.
Overall, a very positive experience with EliteWheels. I would definitely recommend EliteWheels.
