Elite Drive SL CS 48 mm
Elite Drive SL CS 48 mm – After riding these wheels for more than three months, I have to say they are the best wheels I have ever ridden. I haven't ridden many wheelsets, so it's no surprise that these are the best I've tried so far :) They are very wide, both internally and externally. They also have a somewhat elliptical rim shape, which I had never seen before, and it makes them incredibly stable in crosswinds. Even in windy conditions, they feel very predictable and secure. I was worried that they might not be very comfortable because of the carbon spokes, but I have to say they are surprisingly comfortable, even on rough and damaged roads. I occasionally ride some light gravel with them, and they feel solid and reliable there as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with these wheels. The only thing I regret is not buying the 58 mm version.
