I purchased a set of Gnar XC wheels for my Leadville 100 MTB race. The difference was immediate and profound. Spin up was faster, weight was better for climbing, engagement was terrific, and they held up to a very loose and rubble-strewn course. Not only are the wheels terrific, but the customer service was just as good. I liked the wheels so much, I wanted a second set for my other mountain bike. Bought the Drive SL 48D SS on release. I recieved them in less than a month. The packaging was really good and without any damage. The quality of the manufacturing is better than many other brands. The wheels paired with Evolve Cima frame provide a really good riding experience. I will definetely buy more products in the future.

Just received and unboxed: they look amazing, especially with black on black stickers! First impression after a 60km ride this lunch time: very reactive and light although the wheel's height profile. And with the wind coming from 3/4 front, actually very pleased with the stability!! So far so good. Look forward to other rides to further appreciate their qualities... let's see how they climb....

The Drive SL 58D CS was ordered at the beginning of August and arrived on September 1st. If it rides as well as it looks, I'll be completely satisfied. Communication was excellent. This won't be my last order! A ride report will follow once the new Cima frame arrives.

I bought a set of Drive G36s so I could run two wheelsets on my gravel bike: one set up for road, one for gravel. They've been exactly what I wanted. Fit, finish and performance are excellent... They look and feel like a premium product, and swapping between setups is quick and painless. My first ride with them was the 65-mile course at the 2025 Michaux Gravel Race in PA (not a gentle introduction for a brand new wheelset). They handled it without any issues and have been solid on every ride since. I also want to speak to my experience with Elitewheels support/service. Sunny on their customer service team has been amazing.... he even tried to expedite shipping so I'd have the wheels in time for Michaux, and he's been responsive and helpful ever since. That kind of support is hard to find.

Plenty of my friends uses Elite wheels for their road bikes. But I ride mtb predominantly, and through them I discovered Elite has MTB range too. Loved my first pair that I got a second pair for my 2nd bike. Just dropped off my bike at my go-to service center and the head technician was impressed at the wheels. Asymetric rims and bladed spoke and still running true since the first time I got them over a year ago despite hitting the trails at least twice a week. VERY RECOMMENDED! I even got one of my roadie friends who just got into MTB to get himself a pair sometime 2nd quarter this year.

My elite drive 65D rear wheel was damaged by a pothole. I reached out to elitedrive and immediately received a response requesting more details and photos of the incident. Im very pleased that they replaced the wheel under warranty and how responsive they were throughout the entire process. I will definitely br buying more wheelsets from elitewheels

Since most carbon wheels are not made in the USA you are just paying for a brand name. The Gnar XC is a very good wheel so far. I have about 400 miles of tough single track on them. Mine weighed in at 1370 gr. A Cannondale set was 1400 gr. at twice the price even on sale. I ordered the 36 Rachet since many reviews stated the 50 was too loud. I found the 50 was fine out on the trail and have not used the 36. The shipping time was only 2 weeks. I'm very satisfied with these Elite carbon wheels. A bonus is they hold air better than any of the 2 other carbon wheel sets I have.
