Customers frequently praise the exceptional build quality and premium materials, noting that the carbon wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, incredibly stiff, and provide a noticeable improvement in overall bike performance, acceleration, and speed. Additionally, people consistently appreciate the responsive customer support team, helpful pre-purchase advice, and impressively fast shipping times across various international locations.
Some people were dissatisfied with occasional shipping delays and unexpected costs related to product returns or part replacements. Some reviewers mentioned that the delivery process took a few weeks longer than anticipated, requiring extra patience from international buyers.
Amazing Wheels !
They look good, they are light and they accelerate so well. Theses wheels really shine in the climbs; no lag! Not a lot or free speed in the flats, but they are no slow either. And paired with gt5000 confort is excellent. Just happy with these!

Hi Frederic,
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re glad you love the lightweight, great-looking wheels with snappy acceleration and outstanding climbing performance. It’s awesome to hear they pair perfectly with GT5000 tires for a comfortable riding experience.
Happy cycling!
I’ve ridden the drive 65d for 3+ years and really enjoyed the wheels and great customer service they offer. They were one of the first to hit the lightweight deeper wheeler with the carbon spokes. Wheels have stayed true, never had to adjust.

Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for your long-term review after over 3 years riding the Drive 65D wheels! We’re incredibly glad the carbon-spoke deep-section wheels have held true with zero truing adjustments, and our customer service has supported you well all these years. It means a lot to see our wheels stand up to long-term daily riding.
Happy cycling!
I have had the Drive 50V on my bike for nearly two years. I love the way they accelerate quickly up to speed and hold that speed. They are also very light and good for climbing the numerous hills I ride in.
The wheels also handle cross winds very well, much better than my last very expensive set of wheels.
I had the misfortune two days ago while travelling at speed and hit a huge hole in the road which was hidden by shadows. As a result of the collision I had a pinch flat and the rim suffered a small crack. Given the size of the hole I doubt any wheel would have survived that hit. I managed to undo the brakes to stop the rubbing and was able to ride 8 km home.
I contacted Elite wheels and was blown away by the crash replacement policy and the ease of dealing with the company. Gavin was most helpful. I am waiting for my replacement wheel to arrive and to get rid of the terrible aluminium spare wheel I fitted.

I've been riding the Drive 2 65mm carbon wheelset for a while now, and they've been outstanding. The first thing that stands out is the sound—the freehub is nice and load!
On the road, they feel incredibly responsive. They accelerate well, hold speed effortlessly, and feel stiff when putting the power down, yet they're still comfortable enough for longer rides. The 65mm depth also gives them a fast, confident feel, especially on flatter terrain.
Build quality has been excellent, and they've inspired confidence in every ride. If you're looking for a carbon wheelset that combines performance, great ride quality, and one of the best freehub sounds around, the Drive 2 65mm is an easy recommendation.

Hi Y. Hellenthal,
Thanks a lot for your great review of Drive 2 65mm wheels! We’re thrilled you love its responsive acceleration, stiff power transfer and satisfying freehub sound. It’s wonderful that the 65mm deep rim brings you steady speed on flat roads with comfortable long-distance riding.

I had to buy spare part for renewal its internal rollers and spokes for my Drive 50V wheels.
Excellent communications with customer services. They sent me my parcel and it was delivered in less than 2 weeks.
I will recommend its carbon wheels.

I recently upgraded my bike from stock carbon wheelset to Drive 50D II, and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality and performance. The wheels are incredibly stiff yet lightweight, making acceleration feel much quicker and climbs noticeably easier. They also roll very smoothly and maintain speed effortlessly on flat roads. Build quality is excellent, and they arrived perfectly packed and ready to ride. The entire purchasing process was flawless as well, communication was prompt, shipping was fast, and the wheels were packed with great care. It's clear the seller values both the product and the customer.
Overall, this has been one of the best upgrades I've made to my bike so far, offering outstanding performance and great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Not sure how but, the G36 wheels are crazy light, super strong, great design and look beautiful. How can all of this come with such a great price. Surprised and happy with the wheels and the fine service. Fine company.

I've been wanting to buy a pair of carbon wheels for my BMC AMP road bike. There was a special, which I missed but Gavin from Elite was so helpful and communicative. He provided a similar discount even after the sale was over. The wheels arrived but I needed a different hub. Gavin, again was thorough by providing links and free shipping. I now have the wheels and 35 inch Pirelli race tires on the bike.
WOW! what a difference in weight, speed and ride quality. This has made a huge difference in my ride experience. I'm 64 yrs. young, 260 lbs. and can keep up with folks much younger than me. I find myself riding just because. Don't think twice, don't hesitate to make the investment, you wont regret it! Thanks Elite!

Hi Gus,

Bought the Drive II 50D, upgraded from the Roval Rapide CL II.
I've put around 1,000 km on them and I'm very satisfied.
Quality is good, love the shinny design of the wheels.
So far I haven't had problems so I can't speak for that, but I believe it would be good as well.
Elitewheels 回复2026-06-27
Hi Chenguang,
Thank you for your recommendation! We’re thrilled that you love the Drive II 50D wheels after 1,000km of riding. Hope they keep performing well on all your future rides.

Elite Wheels: Unmatched Quality and Value That Surpasses the Big Brands
I've been truly blown away by the quality and value of Elite Wheels. Compared to traditional brands, these wheels deliver exceptional performance at an amazing price. I’ve already saved quite a bit by choosing Elite—I now have three wheelsets: one for my cross-country bike (pro 36), one for my trail bike (gnarl trail SR), and one for my gravel bike (Drive G45). All of them are incredibly light and have performed flawlessly. I haven’t had a single issue, and as I continue upgrading my bikes, I won’t hesitate to purchase more from Elite Wheels. I can’t justify spending thousands more on the big-name brands when Elite delivers so brilliantly.
Elitewheels 回复2026-06-26
Hi J. Londono,
Thank you for your awesome review! We’re delighted that our three wheelsets work perfectly for your XC, trail and gravel bikes. It means a lot that you trust our quality and value over big brands. We look forward to your next order.

I recently received my long-awaited Drive II road wheels from EliteWheels. I was in such a rush to mount them that I completely missed that one of the rear wheel end caps was missing. Convinced it hadn't been included in the shipment, I contacted EliteWheels customer service for help. They kindly advised me to double-check the packaging, and lo and behold—there it was, stuck in the wrapping!
A huge thank you to EliteWheels for the great support, and not least, for an amazing set of wheels. Highly recommended!
Elitewheels 回复2026-06-26
Hi Arild,
Thank you for your nice review! We’re glad you found the missing end cap and satisfied with our timely customer service. Enjoy your brand-new Drive II wheels.
