Bad customer service
Bad customer service, they pack the filament in plastic wrap in a thin retail box. If your reel is smashed they refuse to help and will claim they cannot get a refund from shipping. That's irrelevant to the consumer it's literally the law they are responsible for resolving issues as the shipper. Edit: eventually I got a partial refund. Not a great experience but score updates to reflect.
