Impeccable service 5 stars from Denmark
As I was looking for a df64 gen 2 coffee griner in Europe I quickly found that for me, at least, it was impossible to find. I had to turn to shops overseas. The few shops I found out of the States did not ship to Europe, hence I went to the factory, the source in Singapore The service I got was absolutely impeccable. Super nice, polite and helpful customer service. Always responding with full informative answers. The grinder is a tank...it is quick, powerfull and fairly quiet, an absolute bliss when you grind at 05.30 am I will definitely use this company again. I am based in Denmark and have not been charged extra taxes on this import..another thing that I greatly appreciate.
