poor QC and customer service
Purchased two dive watches. The first one was a 200m Gnomon brand and it leaked the first time it was exposed to water while snorkeling. I had to pay to return it for warranty. They refused an exchange but did confirm it was a faulty crown tube. During the repair they damaged the caseback and refused to replace the caseback, swap the watch or otherwise reimburse me. They were condescending as well. The second watch arrived with a poorly aligned bezel insert, which I specifically asked them to check. They assured me they would but clearly didn’t. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get them to accept that watch as a return and to provide a return label.
