The slowest process known to man...
I preordered the Sunlu AMS Lite heater / dryer, but i found that i wanted a heater / dryer that was more universal because i don't want to tie all of my equipment to Bambulab. I requested a cancelation and it was confirmed on the 5th of august that they had canceled the order and was refunding me my deposit, Since then i've contacted them numerous times to get them to return my deposit which, as of today still hasn't happened. So we're talking 15 days, or 11 business days since they said they would refund it. They even said that they would refund it within 3-7 business days. So far i have yet to see anything from Sunlu that should make me think anything but my deposit simply being lost, and untill i see otherwise, i am having a hard time not callling this a scam. Update: It took SunLu 20 days to do a simple refund for a product that was a preorder. On top of that they are moving on the edge of the EU guidelines for general peorders. But yes, a simple transaction that should be easily handled and automated just like when they withdraw the money took a company like SunLu 20 days... That is just embarasing.
