AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not buy anything from this company. Their products are rubbish, when trying to get my money back I was assured I was talking to a real person but the replies just kept coming back virtually the same so I assume they are AI or computer generated. Eventually I was offered a refund that would enter my account within 5 to 7 days. It never did and when I complained, I got another computer generated reply telling me exactly the same thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONOURABLE

Utter rubbish
Somehow I got directed to their website where I was really impressed with the selection of clothes that they had at affordable prices. So I ordered an overcoat, which arrived about two weeks after I placed the order. When I open the package I can only describe it as a rag.. I was horrified by the poor quality of the coat. It was ill fitting and so I got in touch with them immediately and asked them to refund me in full. Of course I offered to return it to them. I then had a selection of replies from them, asking me if I wanted to change it for something else without sending it back, I told them I didn't want to, as I didn't trust their products. Again, I asked for a full refund, and they offered me 20% twice, and then 30% after that. Without the need to return it. I explained that my brother was arriving from America and would happily take it back and post it back to them for a full refund.. again. I got the same stupid reply. from somebody called Zoya , offering me 30% refund.. This company appears to be disreputable and dishonest. and should not be advertising. in the UK if they are unable to take back. unwanted items. Please make sure that Everyone knows not to buy from this company.
