Franz was quick on his feet with a solid work around
Franz was very helpful and patient as I had to go through multiple steps to get things right so I could reactive my curiosity stream account. He suggested a little trick of using a different browser to update my payment information. (that was what needed to be done before I could reactivate my account and I was getting errors using Google Chrome). It worked great and now I have my subscription back!
