Miley Home Review: Avoid at All Costs
Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Quality is terrible and nothing like described. Printing is only on one side, ink has run, and everything looks cheap. Items are made from polyester. Two cushions arrived with broken zips. None of the cushions have fire regulation tags, which is illegal in the UK. Asked to return—was only offered 20% off. When I insisted on a full refund, I was told to pay for return shipping to the USA, despite the products being faulty and not as described. Customer service ignored repeated emails and refused to help. The website claimed a “closing down” sale, but it’s still running—clearly a tactic to pressure buyers. UK address is just a registered office; all support is based in China. Now pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company. Do not buy from Miley Home. Products are misleading, return policy is unfair, and the company uses deceptive tactics. You’ve been warned.
