My Creality Hi developed a fault
My Creality Hi developed a fault before the the warranty ran out. For 5 months now they have been sending parts and asking for videos, logs, pictures all ME to try and this the printer which has not. Every single email from them is the same do this do that. The Customer service is disgusting please avoid this company if you want to stay sane and purchase from one that actually has a return or refund policy that is longer than 14 days after you get the machine. I will never purchase another Creality product again.
