I backed a Sovol printer on Kickstarter. My health then changed, and I can no longer use it. I emailed Sovol and asked to cancel and be refunded. They refused and offered no alternative. I know Kickstarter refunds are not guaranteed after a campaign ends. I am rating how they handled a clear request for a product I can no longer use. I would not back or buy from them again. Buyer beware another very well known 3d printer company were able to help and showed compassion in complete contrast to how poorly and un-compassionate Sovol customer service team have been. As for their overall communication skills I would give 1 out of 10 they’ve been almost mute in terms of communications via Kickstarter…
