This is a TERRIBLE company
I ordered four pieces of clothing, one dress and three tops, off their website because they looked so cute. When I received them, they were the worst pieces of clothing I’ve ever even looked at. Cheap terrible looking fabric. Very poor seams. Everything is crooked. The sizes were way off. Small tops were like a large. They are nothing like what is shown on the website. The thin fabric has just a picture of the pattern. I got them over three weeks ago. When I received them, I immediately went online to check on how to return everything. They sent a notice that asks why you want to return them. When I explained my reasons, I got another reply saying the return process is being reviewed. Please allow at least five days. That was on June 6 and it’s July 3 today. I have a feeling I won’t ever get a refund from these people. Because logistics and transportation are relatively slow now.It will take at least one month to reach our country.All returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.Due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. Would you mind accepting a 20% discount coupon and keep the item? Please let us know. Kind regards When I refused their coupon to buy more crap from them I got this reply: Hi I'm truly sorry for your unpleasant purchase experience. We can provide a 40% discount coupon, which is also our fastest way to compensate. Refunds have to be reviewed by departments and it will take a long time. Could you please let me know your idea? Waiting for your reply. Kind regards When I refused that "offer" I got this reply. Still haven't heard anything. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Hello Sorry to here that.
