What went wrong was after I received the shades. I opened the box and found a "drill installation hardware". I was surprised since the last shades I ordered some years ago was a "no tools" installation. I looked on my order and saw that I didn't check that option. My bad, unfortunately! I called and asked if I could order the hardware for "click2fit". I was told no. I asked if it's because my shades are not compatible with the hardware. I was told that they are compatible. I had to re order in order to get that hardware. Unbelievable! I will not re order. I'll have to find someone to come and assist me now. This is my last order with Select Blinds.
