Polite but worthless
As an interior designer, I have had a negative experience with this company. Initially, they provided incorrect shipping dates, resulting in a delay of several weeks. Subsequently, they outsourced their shipping to an unreliable company that failed to deliver twice. While the customer service representatives are pleasant, their effectiveness is limited. Furthermore, the logistics team, which they depend on for decision-making, exhibits a lack of speed and problem-solving capabilities. In light of these issues, I strongly advise against using this company for your orders. Consider alternative options to avoid potential headaches.
