Cannot fault the company or the product. I ordered on a Thursday evening, it got to me Monday morning, that's 2 business days which is incredible for shipping to Ireland. I received Extra taxes, customer support helped me within a day. The grinder is working as it should. The price paid is €100 cheaper than anywhere else and I am writing this while enjoying my coffee. I have not had any issues which is why I am giving 5 star.
