They were great at taking my money
They were great at taking my money. In exchange, I expected an order number. Like I just assumed I would get an order number. Wrong. I didn't even get an email confirmation. If I didn't have proof in my PayPal account, I would think I imagined this transaction. At any rate, I emailed the company about an order number. Nothing. A couple weeks later, I ask about a tracking number. Nothing. I'll get a refund through PayPal so it's no biggie but I'm blown away with all of these + reviews.
