I'm very happy to have found Wherelight! I had been so sick of having choices for glasses either too small for my head/face or just too plain and boring. Wherelight fixes that AND even has loads of choices that are TOO bold or expressive for me. Never thought I'd see that! 😜 Shipping is a little slow, but this is just a comment, not a criticism. As far as customer service, I'l had only a couple of snags in my purchasing and everything was attended to with no problem. I'm also very grateful for their quality and pricing. I'm a senior living on my SSA and we all know how challenging insurance coverage is, so Wherelight prices are a HUGE help and allow me more pairs for fun and convenience! Thanks a bunch!!! 👍😃👍

The glasses arrived, and the quality seemed excellent, but the prescription was off. I used the prescription I just received from my eye exam. I ordered progressive lenses, which I have worn in the past. They offered to make single vision to replace, but I already have that in my “cheaters”. The other alternative was to give me a refund, which they did, minus the shipping cost. That is all well and good, but I still don’t have glasses.

The prescription was made exactly as prescribed by my doctor — it just took a few days to adjust to the change in strength, which is normal with progressives. What surprised me most was the photochromic feature: unlike others I'd tried, this one actually darkens noticeably, like putting on real sunglasses. My first purchase from them and I don't regret it. 100% recommend.
