Be prepared not to see or have blurry vision
The Frames and everything were great.How good quality but the prescription part was not good.Couldn't see very strong, very dizzy internationally.They probably have different ratings for the prescriptions and go backwards or something.I'm out 3 paired glasses and I can't see. And the transitional coloring doesn't work. A great place to buy glasses on a budget. I bought a pair and they broke a week of me having them. Customer service replaced them with a different frame. I was really happy with their service plus the styles here are so cute

I have ordered well over 20 plus pairs of glasses though wherelight and have NEVER had a problem. I wear bifocals and every time they are perfect!! I've tried other online companies and they have the funniest frames, best prices and great quality. I will order more !

If you like glasses but not the prices
I have never gone wrong with wherelight. Ordering from them for over three years now. I own over 6 pairs and they have all been consistently good. And these are just the new prescriptions. The quality of the lenses and the price cat be beat. Also they get here in a week. They can take all my glasses money.

This company is a huge red flag!
This company is a huge red flag! Please don’t order from here. The quality of their frames is equivalent to a dollar store and the lenses are NOT created correctly at all! I tried a couple different pairs, and they were both absolutely horrible. Initially they refused to refund my money. I looked up their “return address”, and it wasn’t a business location, it was someone’s townhouse! This is a huge red flag & is a scam. After my refund was denied I left a review on Trust Pilot. They quickly contacted me and said they would refund my $ if I removed my bad review. Which I agreed to remove my initial review. But I think about all the people being scammed by this company, and I need to do my due diligence to inform others of my bad experience. This company has decent reviews because they threaten customers who leave negative reviews. Just don’t use this company!!! Not trustworthy!
