Over the past 5 years, I've made numerous purchases, contributing thousands of dollars to their business. Recently, I referred my roommate, who not only placed multiple orders but also bought a $500 gift card. Despite this, Yamibuy has refused to provide the referral reward, citing our shared shipping address as the reason. Upon reviewing Yamibuy's referral program details, I found no mention of restrictions related to shared addresses. Furthermore, Yamibuy inaccurately claimed my roommate and I used the same phone number. In truth, he provided his number for his account, only using mine for shipping purposes. Requests: 1. Issue the $20 referral coupon rightfully owed to me. 2. Update Yamibuy's website to clearly state all referral program conditions, ensuring future transparency. This situation showcases a significant lack of clarity and fairness in Yamibuy's practices and the management really needs to think about this.
