Referred by Millennium Legal conveyancer to Ross Coates, mistake number 1. Always do research into the solicitors your going to use. Big thing is communication, there almost none a never spoke to Remersh she declined and a number of times to take my call instead playing table tennis using the phone between the client and receptionist (unprofessional and convoluted). I felt like I was treated with total and utter contempt, they wouldn't communicate with me or other solicitors when requested, they demanded funds far to early in process then sit on it so you as a client lose out on interest on those funds. A reason by Remersh of not taking my call one day was because she on half day was beyond rude and was insulting. Think very carefully and do your research if deciding to go with this solicitors. Ross Coates solicitors need to actually deliver there services with some pride and care and not treat your clients with contempt like shown to me.
