DO NOT TRUST Trade Assurance or this supplier! I ordered custom items with strictly specified measurements. Seller: Shanghai Yuexia Industrial Co., Ltd. What I received was a complete failure: The dimensions are completely wrong and do not match the contractually agreed specifications. The overall quality is inconsistent, sloppy, and unacceptable. When I raised the dispute, Alibaba offered a "free return" to look good on paper. However, this offer is a complete trap: The goods were original vacuum-sealed and high-pressure packed using industrial machinery at the factory. As a private customer, I do not have access to industrial compression equipment. Uncompressed, the return requires over 20 oversized parcels, costing more than $700 USD in shipping fees – which Alibaba completely refuses to cover! Because of Alibaba’s automated standard rejections and impossible return demands, I am now left with: A total loss of $1,560 USD for defective merchandise. Hundreds of dollars in lost development costs. This platform fails to protect buyers when suppliers make clear manufacturing errors. Avoid this seller Shanghai Yuexia Industrial Co., Ltd. and do not rely on Alibaba's dispute team!
