I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SKIMS. Although I properly registered my return through the returns portal, I have yet to receive a refund—despite several months having passed. Attempts to resolve this issue have been incredibly frustrating, as multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. At this point, obtaining my refund has felt nearly impossible, which is both unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
