PROMPT RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK
Although I paid for HIX CHAT UNLIMITED, my account was limited to 100,000 characters. The maximum file size for my account was advertised as 10MB. The file that I uploaded was 866.50 KB. DEEPSEEK-R1 rejected my file, advising that it exceeded the character limit of 100,000. I complained to HIX.AI and they have now responded satisfactorily. I am, therefore, updating my review.
