I purchased a HIX.AI Pro-Yearly subscription for CAD 168 on October 18, 2026, by mistake. I contacted customer support shortly afterward to request a refund and explained that I had not used any credits or paid features.
Support initially offered alternative refund options and later informed me that a 6% fee would be deducted. I asked for confirmation of the final refund amount, whether any additional fees would apply, and whether my subscription would remain cancelled.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response to those questions.
I understand that refund processing can take time, and I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly in accordance with the company's published refund policy.

Unauthorized charges. They negotiate with you and promise a refund, but the refund never comes through. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I consider their practices extremely concerning.
HIX.AI renewed my annual subscription without sending the renewal reminder I received the previous year. I contacted them immediately, explained that I had not used the service for months, and requested a full refund.
Despite advertising a 3-day refund policy, they offered me only £120, gave no clear justification for retaining the balance, and have since stopped responding.
I am still requesting a full refund and am escalating the matter with my credit card provider.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering subscribing to HIX.AI.
