Unauthorized charges. They negotiate with you and promise a refund, but the refund never comes through. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I consider their practices extremely concerning.
They sent the wrong item and now expect the customer to handle the return. They should arrange a courier to collect it. There is no reason for me to run around or pay out of pocket to return an item that was sent incorrectly. Be cautious before purchasing from this brand. Their customer service is extremely poor, and I do not recommend them.
