WATER LEAK - bad service
WATER LEAK at climate controlled facility Storage Post has been really difficult to deal with, they didn't respond to my claim email for 6 months. Offering <10% of the loss. Citing the coverage of the Tenant Elite Protection plan that I was made to sign without being given a chance to review. Sent only after they made an offer and for the exact amount of the offer - funny that. Climate controlled is worthless when the unit floods
